Greenbrier East High School honored our veterans on Nov. 6 with the annual Veterans Day assembly, organized by JROTC instructors and cadets. Cadets in uniform welcomed veterans at the door and escorted them to a breakfast prepared and served by Mrs. Galford’s Culinary Arts students. The celebration continued with a school-wide assembly in the gym, where we recognized veterans in our community and paid tribute to those still missing in action. Thank you to all who have served.
