Main Street Building Group, LLC has won the Residential Development of the Year award in the Home Builders Association of West Virginia’s Best of West Virginia competition. The HBA presented Main Street Building Group, LLC with the award during its annual convention and awards banquet at Oglebay Resort in Wheeling on Oct. 25.
Each year, the Home Builders Association recognizes the achievements of West Virginia builders by selecting what is, in the opinion of the committee, the best in a variety of categories including six categories of new single family homes, Specialty Projects, Residential Development and Residential Remodels. MSBG’s 2025 Residential Development of the Year entry was for Ivy Terrace Townhomes in Lewisburg. This private and gated community consists of three-bedroom, three and a half bath with garage and two bedroom, two-and-a-half bath townhomes. These classically styled buildings have fiber cement lap siding and boast engineered hardwood flooring, quartz and marble countertops, Andersen windows, stainless steel appliances as well as exceptional insulation and central heating and air conditioning.
