Jay Clemens Falge, 79, of White Sulphur Springs, passed away on Oct. 12, 2025, at his residence on Little Creek Road.
He was born Dec. 18, 1945, at Fort Myers, FL, the son of Joseph and Myrtle Hand Falge.
Jay was a U.S. Navy veteran and had worked in the HVAC industry in Florida.
He is survived by his children; Alicia McLendon (Sean), Jocelyn Otero (Gabriel), Kimberly Nix (Gilmer) and Kim Brown; grandchildren, Kayla McLendon, Tianna McLendon, Jennifer Bowling, Julie Barr, Jamin Barr, Justin Tappen, Jennaveve Tappen, Jeremiah Otero and Jace Otero; and great-grandchildren, Jasper Canon, Elias McLendon, Baelor Babb and Ivory DeBord.
Jay’s wishes were to be cremated with a private family service at a later date.
