The Greenbrier River Watershed Association is extending an open invitation to our annual membership meeting. Please join us on Wednesday, Oct. 15, at 6:30 p.m. at the Clingman Center in Lewisburg. Come meet us and enjoy some food and beverages. Become a new member or renew your membership!
Board members will be available to answer questions about what we do to support our watershed and where your membership dues, donations and grants go. Sign up to volunteer!
Dr. Matthew Williams of WVSOM will give a presentation on the first two years of our water quality project. We are grateful for our teams of volunteers throughout our watershed from Durbin to Hinton. They have spent over 1,000 hours these past two years gathering water samples and data for this important project. We have a lot of other things happening, learn about our PFAS testing project and check out our calendar.
Following the presentation, we will hold our regular meeting with the annual election of officers. Get some free merchandise with your new membership, we look forward to welcoming you!
