Dear Editor:
The Rainelle Fire Department has now put their fire fee charge on our water bills each month, this is the residents of Osborne Addition and Lilly Park.
We do not live in the town of Rainelle. We have always paid our fire fees each year and now this big change. I am strongly against this procedure. First it was a try to annex us, now here they go again. From this article in the paper, it reads the Rainelle Town Council approved this change without these residents knowing anything about this. How can this be done without contacting the public about this, and again we do not live in the town of Rainelle (period). I hope more people speak up on this matter.
