The seventh annual Droop Mountain Artisans Open Studio is set for Saturday, Sept. 13, and Sunday, Sept. 14 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
See artists at work on the back roads of Pocahontas County on Droop Mountain. Meet local artisans as they create a wide variety of handcrafted art. Enjoy demonstrations and good times on porches and meet new friends.
You can visit more than 15 artisans and do some early Christmas shopping.
You will find fairyscapes, glass art, block printing, blacksmithing, quilts, needle felting, soap, tea, cutting boards, leather work, knives, baskets, brooms, syrup and more.
