Steven Lee Garris, 62, of Rupert, formerly from Pensacola, Florida, went to his heavenly home on July 24, 2025, following a long illness.
Steven was a carpenter, a musician and song writer. He loved to fish, walk in the woods and play his guitar. Steven is singing with the angels now.
He was preceded in death by his father Billy Joe Garris.
Steven is survived by his mother Cathy Garris and brother David Garris both of California; one daughter Stella Mae Garris of Pensacola, FL; and his life partner Iva “Pixie” Fitzgerald of Rupert, WV.
He will be missed by all who loved him.
