Driven4Love presents the Cruizin 4 Kidz Car Show and Vendor Fair fundraiser this Saturday, Jul. 12, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. as a benefit for the Greenbrier East High School band trip to Hawaii. All vehicles and bikes are welcome to enter, with prizes awarded! Vendors, food trucks and live music will be on hand.
9 a.m.: Registration (fee $20)
10 a.m.: Car Show begins and vendors open
11 a.m.: Judging begins
11 a.m. – 2 p.m.: Kids Zone Activities (bounce houses, relay races, face paint, and more)
11:30 a.m.: Relay Races
11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.: Live Music by Second Block Rock
2 p.m.: Car Show Awards
There will be a special division for kids to participate, bring anything with wheels (bikes, power cars, go carts, dirt bikes, etc.). There is no entry fee for the kids to participate, and there will be goody bags. There will be two age groups: ages 9 and below in one, and 10-15 in another.
There will also be a 50/50, raffles, and door prizes. The public can cast votes for the best ride for $1, and the ride with the most money raised gets half the pot, and the other half will go to the GEHS band. The first 75 vehicles to register will receive dash plaques and goody bags. There will be the top 30 and top 5 named, with trophies and specialty awards.
