Tickets are now on sale for Carnegie Hall’s Fantasy Gala – An Old Hollywood Gala: A Night of Glitz and Glamour, which is scheduled to take place Saturday, Aug. 23, at 6 p.m. in Colonial Hall at The Greenbrier. Tickets are $250 per person, and tables for 10 are available for $2,500. Ticket sales end August 13.

The original Fantasy fundraisers were themed parties held from 1999 through 2009 at multiple locations in the Greenbrier Valley. Past Fantasies included Fantasy in White, Fantasy in the Jungle, Fantasy on the Farm, Rock and Roll Fantasy, and last year’s All That Glitters. The theme for 2025 is An Old Hollywood Gala: A Night of Glitz and Glamour. Be creative or be conservative – just make sure your attire fits the theme.

Gala Fantasy guests will enjoy cocktails at 6 p.m. and a Hollywood themed dinner with carving stations at 7 p.m. There will be live music provided by Irresistible Groove (back by popular demand) and the event will also feature live and silent auctions. The Greenbrier is offering a special room rate of $349 for Gala guests. Call 855-453-4858 option #2 to reserve, before July 23, 2025.

Nathalie Oates Holland chairs the Gala committee, which includes Cindy Bennett, Sally Bray, Celeste Filiatrault, Sue Gordon, Tish Inman, Maggie Hutchison, Debbie Kilcollin, Jill McIntyre, Philip McLaughlin, Stella Blue Neeley, Cathy Rennard, Sharon Rowe, Paula Thomas, and Mary Catherine Tuckwiller.

The 2024 Fantasy Gala Honorees are Kyle and Ann Fort.

Current Fantasy Gala’s Sponsors include Gold Sponsors – CAMC/Vandalia Health and Meraki Fund; Silver Sponsors – Bank of Monroe, Thomas and Laura Mann, and Joni Nichols; Bronze Sponsors – Kilcollin Dental, Mark and Debbie Kilcollin, Oates Landscaping Architecture, and Theresa S. Thompson.

Sponsorship opportunities are still available. Please contact Development Director Sally Bray at development@carnegiehallwv.org.
