It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sabrina Nicole Adkins, 32, of Keyser, who left us too soon on June 5, 2025. Born on Nov. 26, 1992, in Ronceverte, Sabrina was a beloved mother, fiancée, daughter, sister, and friend whose vibrant spirit and dedication touched many lives.

Sabrina’s greatest passion was her work as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Keyser Healthcare Center. She approached her profession with unwavering compassion and commitment, providing comfort and care to those in need. Her kindness and warm presence brightened the days of countless patients and colleagues.

Beyond her work, Sabrina’s world revolved around her cherished family. She was a devoted mother to her four children, Ahla Medows, Avery Snead, Derek Snead, and Adeline Terry. She also embraced and loved her three stepchildren, Dameion Terry, Kaitlyn Terry, and Landon Terry, as her own. Sabrina’s love for all her children was boundless, and she poured her heart into nurturing and supporting them.

Sabrina is survived by her loving fiancée, Anthony Terry, with whom she shared three devoted years. She also leaves behind her mother, Rebecca Michalski, her beloved stepfather, Peter Michalski, and her grandmother, Linda Berry. Sabrina will be deeply missed by her siblings, Charles Adkins II and Thelma Adkins, along with Robin Pack and Teresa Worles, and many extended family members and friends who were blessed to know her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Adkins; her maternal grandparents, David and Thelma Adkins; her maternal grandfather, Gene Berry; and her paternal grandparents, Noah and Margaret Adkins.

Sabrina’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Her laughter, dedication, and her immense capacity for love will be forever missed.

Funeral Services will be held at Smathers Funeral Chapel, 675 Main Street, Rainelle, WV, on Friday, June 13, at 1 p.m. with pastor Aaron Davidson conducting the service. The family will receive friends, neighbors, and relatives from 12 noon until the time of the service. Burial to follow at the McElhenney Community Church in Grassy Meadows.

Smathers Funeral Chapel is honored to have been entrusted to care for Sabrina and her family during their great time of need.

Online condolences are encouraged for the family at www.smathersfuneralchapelinc.com
