The Greenbrier Resort has unveiled a holiday-themed chocolate display made up of over 1,000 pounds of chocolate, donated by Cacao Barry, to commemorate the festive season this year.
The display was constructed by the resort’s Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Francois Suteau and his pastry team, and took three months to complete.
Chef Suteau is an expert in his field, having been named the U.S. Chocolate Master at the World Chocolate Masters competition in 2013 as well as one of the “Top 10 Pastry Chefs in the United States” by Dessert Professional magazine in 2011. As Executive Pastry Chef at The Greenbrier, he oversees all desserts for the resort’s 14 restaurants, cafes and lounges, in addition to 24-hour in-room dining.
