Holiday Bazaar at Williamsburg
Williamsburg will hold a Holiday Bazaar on Nov. 30, Small Business Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Local vendors, crafts and gifts, and concessions will be available. Each 8×10 booth is only $15. Grinch Party scheduled at
Rupert Public Library
Rupert Public Library will host a Grinch Party Saturday, Nov. 30, from 12 noon to 3 p.m. There will be a craft sale, baked goods and candy sale. Kids can have their picture taken with the Grinch, and take home a treat bag. Cookies and hot chocolate will be served. All are welcome to attend.
Williamsburg Shooting Match
Join us for the Williamsburg Shooting Match that will be held Dec. 7, beginning at 7 p.m. Match will be eight rounds, 12-gauge guns only. Full choke, .660 inch minimum. Screw in chokes must be from a recognized supplier (patented) and extend no more than 3 inches beyond original barrel. Barrel length 34” maximum. First Seven rounds @ $2.50 per shot, eighth round 50/50 @$7.50 per shot. Shooters must compete in the first 7 rounds in order to compete in the 8th round. 50/50 splatter match is $1 per chance between rounds – Cash prizes will be awarded. You do not need to be a shooter to win! Come early! Come Hungry! Delicious hot food and refreshments will be available starting at 6 p.m. Families welcomed; you don’t have to shoot to come get a meal! Committee on Aging to require appointments for donations
Due to limited storage space, the Greenbrier County Committee on Aging will accept donations of medical items by appointment only. Items must be clean and in working order, some items still remain available for those who need them. Please call with any questions and before delivering or picking up, Lewisburg/Fairlea area is 304-645-1978 and the Western site in Rupert is 304-392-5138.
