Susan E. Lukacek, 54, of Green Bank passed away Monday, Oct. 21, 2024. Susan was born Oct. 26, 1969, in Richmond, IN, the daughter of the late Chris C. and Janet Simmermeyer Napier.
Survivors include her husband, Benjamin C. Lukacek and daughter, Ahuvah L. Lukacek both of Green Bank.
Funeral Service will be at 3 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 1, with Pastor David Rittenhouse officiating. Burial will follow in the Arbovale Cemetery Annex.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Arbovale.
