The Ronceverte Food Truck Festival will return in September, with a selection of food trucks and area vendors set up on Edgar Avenue. The last Food Truck Festival in May was, once again, a success, bringing crowds out to the River City for both the music and the food.
The event will kick off on Friday, Sept. 13, with Terrence Zimmerman performing live at 7 p.m., during the Ronceverte Community Market.
Beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14, food truck vendors including Bandit BBQ, Fairway Fork, Greenbrier Dairy LLC Cow Licks, Little Jimmy’s Italian Ice, Smash Pots, Smashed Lemonade, The Kettle Wagon, and the Twisted Chef, will be set up along Edgar Avenue. Music performances that day will be DJ Missy Gee from 1 to 4 p.m., Distant Light at 5 p.m., Allan Dale Sizemore and the Lost Souls at 6:30, and Bicycle at 8 p.m.
Along with tasty food, spectators can enjoy face paintings, a bounce house, and shopping with local vendors, including Eternalinks Permanent Jewelry, Greenbrier Valley Dyes, Heavenlymadecrafts, Kiwanis Club of Greenbrier Valley, Mick’s Media Jewelry, Mountain Mystique, Nicartistic, Primitive Goods, River&Earth Creations, Studio Kelsie, Sugar Bears, and Tracey’s Sugar Shack.
The festival will occur rain or shine. Come out and support your local business, as well as craft vendors and musicians while having a fantastic time. For more information on the festival check out the “Ronceverte Food Truck Festival” on Facebook and Instagram.
