Family Refuge is excited to announce their annual Women’s Night Out fundraising event. This special evening will feature both silent and live auctions, offering a variety of items and experiences for bidding. The event is scheduled for Apr. 27 from 6 to 9 p.m. and will take place at the Greenbrier Community School, located at 413 Oak Street, Lewisburg.
FRC continues to be a beacon of hope and this event is more than just an auction; it’s a celebration of community and support for the vital services provided by the Family Refuge Center. In a powerful move to educate and inspire the community, each year we invite a survivor speaker who will highlight the harsh realities of domestic violence and/or sexual abuse. This is also a platform for survivors to voice their lived experiences so they can be acknowledged and celebrated for their courage and resilience.
We warmly invite everyone to join us for an evening of food, fun and philanthropy. Your participation and support can make a real difference. All proceeds will directly support the services provided by the Family Refuge Center, whose mission is dedicated to offering assistance and protection to families in need.
Tickets can be purchased on the Family Refuge Center’s Facebook page or by mail. The mailing address is P.O. Box 249, Lewisburg, WV 24901. For more information or to volunteer, please contact Tyranda Martin at 304-645-6324.
