Which military service is the newest? Which is the oldest? These are just a few of the questions brought up and discussed while recognizing veterans at the November meeting of the Williamsburg Community Outreach Service Club.
The club met at the home of Blanche Knicely. Those participating were Loretta Shirley, Linda Spencer, LauraAnn Tiller, Denver Tiller, Cassandria Perkins, Shela McComsey, Connor McComsey, and Burl and Patty Post.
Members received recognition for their volunteer services this year from the Americore Seniors/RSVP.
The club will meet on Dec. 12 at the Dutch Haus in Lewisburg for their Christmas celebration.
