The 98th annual State Fair of West Virginia is returning to Fairlea for ten days, Aug. 10 through Aug. 19, with live music, free entertainment, agricultural events and education, fair food, carnival rides, and more! This year’s theme is “Cue the Fun,” which is easy for the whole family to do with something for everyone throughout the sprawling fairgrounds.
The concert lineup this year starts out this year with Yung Gravy on Aug. 10 at 8 p.m., Nelly on Aug. 11 at 8 p.m. (low ticket warning), Hardy on Aug. 13 at 8 p.m. (sold out), Lainey Wilson on Aug. 14 at 8 p.m. (sold out), Wilson Fairchild on Aug. 15 at 7:30 p.m., Zach Williams on Aug. 16 at 8 p.m., Riley Green on Aug. 17 at 8 p.m., Whiskey Myers on Aug. 18 at 8 p.m., and Ludacris on Aug. 19 at 8 p.m.
