Sprouting Farms offers local food through Mobile Farmers Market

Sprouting Farms offers a variety of options to buy local products, which are grown on-site, or sourced from local farmers and producers we partner with. We keep a variety of items in stock including veggies, meat, cornmeal, flour, baked goods, and local honey. Our farm stand in Talcott is open for shopping Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. In addition, our Mobile Farmers Market travels to locations in Summers, Monroe, Greenbrier, and Mercer County every week, Tuesday through Friday.We accept cash, check, card, EBT, WIC Vouchers, and Senior Vouchers at both the farm stand and mobile market stops. We also provide SNAP Stretch discounts to EBT shoppers buying fruits and vegetables. This discount can be 50-75% off fruits and veggies.

Community Days:
If you’d like to see the farm, all are welcome to join us for our monthly Community Day event, held the second Saturday of each month from 12 noon to 4 p.m., June through September. We will be hosting local artisan vendors, our farm stand will be open for shopping, there will be food, live music, animal swaps, and farm yoga from 1 to 2 p.m. in partnership with Active Southern WV.
