Schedule of Activities
8 – 10 a.m. Pancake Breakfast at the Mount Herman Methodist Church
9 a.m. – Horseshoe Tournament Sign-ups (Pitching begins
immediately following sign-ups)
10:30 a.m. – Parade Lineup (Field Across from Post Office)
11:30 a.m. – Parade Judging Begins
12 noon – Grand Parade (Parade begins in the field across from
Brownstown Road and will end at The Renick Park Project on
Railroad Avenue)
1 p.m. – Welcome and Special Recognitions
1:30 p.m. – Live Music by the Renick Church of God
1:30 p.m. – “LUCKY DUCK” pick a duck for your chance to win a
gift card; 1st place $100, 2nd place $75, 3rd place $50, 4th
place $25, 5th place $10 Prize. Drawing will be held at 7:45
p.m. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN
1:30 – 4:30 p.m. – Hands-on Activities for all ages
2 p.m. – Live Music by Midland Trail Band
2 p.m. – Teddy Bear Parade (Bring you own teddy bear as we have
a very limited supply)
2 p.m. – Cake, Candy, Cookie, Pie and Bread Check In
2:30 p.m. – Cake, Candy, Cookie, Pie and Bread Judging Begins;
1st Place $50, 2nd Place $30 and 3rd Place $20
2:30 p.m. – Scavenger Hunt – List will be distributed at the Festival
Committee Tent
3 p.m. – Corn Hole Tournament Signups with play to begin
immediately following signup
4-6 p.m. – Live Music by Eddie John Duet
3:3 p.m. – Cupcake Eating Contest (Open to the first 24 contestants
to signup)
6 p.m. – Live Music by New Horizons
6 p.m. – Free Watermelon
8 p.m. – Live Music by Ben Hershman & The Sons of the Mountains
10 p.m. – Fireworks
All Activities are FREE and event will be held at the Renick Park
