Local Artist Rose Dobbins will teach two pastel workshops at Carnegie Hall on Saturday, Nov. 1 and Saturday, Nov. 8. One day will focus on animal portraiture and one day on landscapes. Students will learn easy under painting techniques and use of vibrant color. Beginners are welcome. Class size is limited to 15.
