The Greater Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce would like to thank all of the public, County Commission candidates, County clerk candidates, Radio Greenbrier, Sharp Video Productions and The Greenbrier Valley Theatre for their attendance and hours of volunteer help that made the last “Meet the Candidates” forum a great success. The hour long segment paved the way for the Republican and Democratic candidates to give their individual platforms for key area issues before the general election on Nov. 4.
The Chamber is scheduled to host its second “Meet the Candidates” Forum on Tuesday, Oct. 14 at 5:30 p.m. at Greenbrier Valley Theatre, where the same format will be used with the candidates for House of Delegates and WV State Senate. As before, the public is encouraged to attend. Questions are still being accepted, and may be submitted before the debate by emailing them to Amber McHale, executive director, at director@greenbrierwvchamber.org.
