Sandy loved her twin daughters, grandkids, family, square dancing and Saltine Crackers, which she was never caught without.

Other than her father she was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Thomas “Steve” Steep in 2005.

Surviving Sandy are her mother, Thelma Sampson; twin daughters, Amber Jackson (Earl) and April Hiser (Les); grandchildren, Kaitlyn Deskins Sheppard, Madison Jackson, Tyler Deskins, Christopher Jackson, Drew Jackson and Conner Jackson; great-grandkid, Addy Jackson; brothers, Randy Sampson (Peggy) and Malcomb Sampson; sister, Brenda Lemine (Sam); nephews and nieces, Brain Sampson (Becky), Daniel Lemine, Jeremy Sampson, Lucas Lemine (Erin) and Shelly Sampson.

Graveside services for Sandy will be on Friday, Feb. 11, at Riverview Cemetery, Ronceverte, with Rev. Emory Hanna officiating.
