Randolph Ingram, 54, of Detroit , MI, and Rachel Corrigan, 25, of Huntington, WV, were arrested on Sept. 27 at 9:00 a.m. on charges of one count each possession of heroin with intent to distribute and conspiring to commit a felony, according to Greenbrier County Sheriff Jan Cahill. Assisting in the arrest were WV State Police, and Lewisburg Police Department. The arrests were as a result of an ongoing investigation by the Greenbrier County Drug and Violent Crime Task Force.
“This particular investigation is part of an intense crackdown on heroin distribution,” Sheriff Cahill stated, which is “definitely on the rise.”
