Six members of the Progressive CEOs met with Patty Gray for their September meeting. After welcoming the members, a poem, “The Great Gift of Friendship” was read.
The Health Motivator Report was given by Barbara Shiley with emphasis on zinc. Zinc is good for our health and can be found in oysters, pork, red meat, and poultry.
Recipes of Heritage food were collected.
The traveling basket was brought by Barbara Shiley, and Faye Honaker took it home with her.
This was our re-organizational meeting. It was decided to keep the same officers and chairpersons.
It was decided not to meet in January and February of 2022.
The next meeting will be at the Extension Office.
