Lewisburg Mayor Beverly White stands with the winners of the West Virginia State Little League Major Division Championship Tournament. The Jefferson County Little League team beat a multitude of teams from around the state at Hollowell Park from July 17 to 22, which ended with the final game against Logan County on Wednesday night. This was the first state championship to be hosted in Lewisburg and on the newly installed artificial turf at the park.
