Carnegie Hall’s Ivy Terrace Concert Series continues on Thursday, July 25, at 6:30 p.m. with country musician Thomas Taylor.
Sponsored by City National Bank, the concerts take place outside on Carnegie Hall’s Ivy Terrace as attendees watch from the expansive lawn in front of New River Community and Technical College. Concert-goers are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket and pack a picnic to enjoy live music. All Ivy Terrace concerts are free and open to the public.
Thomas Taylor has been playing in and around Virginia, Tennessee and West Virignia for over 20 years. He will be joined by his band, which includes a bass player, pedal steel player, and a drummer.
The remaining Ivy Terrace schedule is as follows: Aug. 8 – Krista Hughes Band (country/rock), and Aug. 22 – B-BAMS (a little bit of everything).
The 2019 Carnegie Hall Ivy Terrace Concert Series is a “must do” for visitors and locals alike. The entertainment moves indoors in the event of inclement weather. For more information, please visit www.carnegiehallwv.org or call 304-645-7917.
