Harts Run-Betty Gail Sarver, 93, passed away Saturday, Apr. 27, 2019, at Genesis Health Care Center in White Sulphur Springs.
Born Feb. 26, 1926, in Bluefield, she was the daughter of the late Robert Graham and Mary Hines Graham.
Betty was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church in White Sulphur Springs. Betty’s greatest love was her family and friends. Her funny and tremendous sense of humor will be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Robert Graham, Roger Graham and Jack Graham; three sisters, Doris Kitts, Nancy Patton and June Anderson; as well as her husband, Samuel David Sarver, and son, John Sarver.
She is survived by daughter, Dianne Linkous (Bob); sons, Michael Sarver (Jill) and Kevin Sarver; grandchildren, Lanie Wood (Tony), Michael J. Sarver (Stacey), Mallory Roberts (Brandon), Hannah Sarver, Rachel Etzel (Jake); great-grandchildren, Landen Wood, Mason and Liam Sarver, Kaylee, Raelynn and Lilly Roberts; and special friends, Teri Venable and caregiver, Carolyn Lefler.
The family would like to thank the personnel at Genesis Health Care Center for the kindness and attention they showed to Mrs. Sarver.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 5, from 2 until 3 p.m. followed by a memorial service at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in White Sulphur Springs with Pastor Greg Scott officiating, with interment to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
