Lewisburg Mayor John Manchester (far right) received the James C. Hunt Lifetime Achievement award from the West Virginia Municipal League on Jan. 27 during the Winter Conference. League President and Mayor of Huntington Steve Williams, along with James Hunt himself, presented Manchester with the award.
