Meadows has completed the denomination’s requirements for the designation and has served a number of other congregations throughout the years as lay minister as well, including Free Methodist congregations in the Beckley and Huntington areas, in addition to a nondenominational church in Barger Springs. The Church of the Nazarene is the largest of the Wesleyan-Holiness denominations, with approximately 2.5 million members worshiping in over 30,000 congregations worldwide.
