Lecanto, FL-Essie G. Livesay, 86, formerly from Ronceverte, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014, at Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness, FL.
Born on Jan. 5, 1928, in Elton WV, she was the daughter of William and Lula Lively of Elton.
In addition to her parents, Essie was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters.
She is survived by: her husband of 66 years, Jene R. Livesay; daughter, Jennifer (Sam) Landrum of Brooksville, FL; two sons, Michael (Linda) Livesay of Beverly Hills, FL and John (Cindy) Livesay of Crystal River, FL; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Private cremation will take place under the direction of Brown Funeral Home and Crematory in Lecanto, Florida. Services and burial will take place in West Virginia at a later date.
