Carnegie Hall is seeking submissions for its 29th Annual Juried Exhibit. This year’s theme is “Alternative Views.” Deadline for entries is July 8. No photographic works will be accepted for this year’s exhibit. Photography and other artistic mediums are featured in alternate years.

Artists may enter works created within the last two years that are not larger than 50” in any direction and have not previously been shown at Carnegie Hall. The entry fee is $25 for up to three entries.

Submissions must be received electronically via the submission form at carnegiehallwv.org.

A jury of artists will judge entries on the basis of originality, technical quality, and thematic depth. First Place ($300), Second Place ($200), and Third Place ($150) awards will be given during a reception on September 7, 2018, at Carnegie Hall (611 Church Street, Lewisburg, WV).

Programs in the Carnegie Hall 2018 season are presented with financial assistance through a grant from the West Virginia Division of Culture and History and the National Endowment for the Arts, with approval from the West Virginia Commission on the Arts.

For a complete list of entry guidelines, please visit carnegiehallwv.org. Contact Lynn Creamer, Carnegie Hall Artistic Director, at 304-645-7917 or creamer@carnegiehallwv.org with questions.
