On Jan. 12, two cadets and two senior members from the Greenbrier Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol attended the State Legislative Day in Charleston. While many of the state’s legislators were absent, the 22 cadets and 13 seniors enjoyed a day of touring the capital building, sitting in on a session of the senate, and talking with their state level representatives who were in attendance. Greenbrier Squadron members visited with State Senator Stephen Baldwin in his offices; we were well received by the senator. He readily accepted our membership application to become one of our legislative members.
