For the second time in two years, the Greenbrier Valley Board of Realtors named Realtor Paul Grist of Foxfire Realty number one in sales.
The award recognizes Grist for achieving the highest dollar sales volume in 2013, which totaled over $11 million. Grist has earned this top award in three of the past four years.
“Paul’s commitment to his clients drives his success,” said Foxfire Broker Richard Grist. “He understands the market and works equally well with buyers and sellers.”
Paul Grist is associate broker at Foxfire. He earned the award from among more than 200 Realtors in the four-county area, including Greenbrier, Monroe, Summers and Pocahontas. Grist, a Lewisburg native, who has been with Foxfire for 7 years, specializes in executive and luxury properties. He frequently works with internationally recognized clients, including best-selling author Stephen Coonts. Grist this year sold Coonts’ 1785 acre Deer Creek Farm.
“Richard and Paul Grist of Foxfire Realty,” said Coonts, “are superb professional Realtors. They sold my farm in Pocahontas County (WV) to buyers from Switzerland whom they found through excellent advertising. Solid negotiators, unflappable, true professionals, they receive my highest recommendation for the sale or purchase of property in the jewel of the east, the Allegheny Mountains of West Virginia.
