Lower WV District Governor Larry Bowman (left) visited the Renick Ruritan club for the April meeting. He presented Harold Sponaugle (center) and Donald Kellison (right) with veteran lapels for their Ruritan pins to honor their service to our country and thanked them for their service. As governor of the district, Bowman intends to honor all veterans from each Ruritan club throughout Lower West Virginia.
