Greenbrier Public Service District No. 1 is advising its customers that address changes due to the implementation of the Greenbrier County Emergency 9-1-1 addressing system should be reported directly to the District.

Failure to notify the District of the change can cause a delay in the postal processing of sewer billing statements. This could result in the possibility of a customer’s account being assessed a penalty for late payment.

It is important to update both the new physical address and billing address. For many residents this will be the same address. If a customer uses a P.O. Box as their mailing address, only the change in the physical address will need reported.
