Jessica Ann Daniels of Lewisburg was awarded a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the West Virginia University School of Pharmacy.
Daniels is the daughter of Dr. Lane and Amy Holbrook. She is a graduate of Greenbrier East High School.
While studying at the WVU School of Pharmacy, Daniels was a member of the WVU chapter of the American Pharmacists Association – Academy of Student Pharmacists and the Alpha Eta chapter of the Phi Lambda Sigma national pharmacy leadership society. She was also a member of the Beta Eta chapter of the Kappa Psi co-educational pharmaceutical fraternity, for which she served as the Kappa Psi Variety Show chair. Daniels was the recipient of the Gallagher Pharmacy Scholarship, the Ralph S. Johnson Scholarship and the WVU School of Pharmacy-Excellence in Pharmacy Scholarship. She was awarded the bronze level President’s Volunteer Service Award for completing over 100 hours of service to the community.
Daniels also achieved President’s list and Dean’s list honors. The President’s list recognizes students who achieve a GPA of 4.0. The Dean’s list recognizes those who achieve a GPA of 3.5 or higher. She graduated cum laude.
