A lovely initiation ceremony welcomed three new sisters into Chapter V, of the PEO Sisterhood, on May 3. Julie Roberts, Kelly Collins and Talitha Rodgers became the chapter’s newest sisters during the monthly meeting at the home of Lee Ann Gillilan with 28 members attending the meeting.
After a lively meet and greet over appetizers and a delicious covered dish dinner, President Katy Montgomery led the business meeting. The West Virginia State PEO Convention was held the last weekend of April in Elkins, and LeAnn Montgomery led in reporting about the convention. LeAnn reported that Betsy Degges was included in the annual Memorial service. Libby Johnson, Katy Montgomery and Linda Rodgers also attended the convention.
