Ronceverte-Christine Virginia Charlton, 95, passed away Sunday, Mar. 6, 2016, at The Brier Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Ronceverte.
Christine was born Sept. 22, 1920, in Union, the daughter of the late John and Bertha Moss Morris.
She was a member of the Highland Park Methodist Church and had worked at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center.
Christine was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Charlton; sons, Billy Joe Charlton and Robert L. Charlton; and three brothers, Amos Morris, Harvey Morris and Hayes Morris.
Surviving her are son, Cecil Charlton, Sr. of Kingsville, OH; grandson, Cecil “Pee Wee” Charlton of Geneva, OH; and daughter-in-law, Vickie Charlton of Caldwell.
There will be a graveside service Saturday, Mar. 12, at 1 p.m. at the Highland Park Cemetery with Pastor Don Trent officiating.
