Dabney S. Lancaster Community College, the On Ramp Adult Career Pathways Program and the Alleghany Highlands Chamber of Commerce will partner to host a multi-employer Career Fair on Wednesday, Mar. 16, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the DSLCC Armory/Convocation Center on the Clifton Forge campus. The annual fair, built around the theme “Spring into a New Career”, is free and open to the public.
All those seeking employment are strongly encouraged to attend. Job seekers are reminded that, for the greatest success in being considered a strong candidate for job openings, they should bring a resume and be dressed appropriately.
DSLCC is also hosting a similar Community Career Fair at the Virginia Horse Center on Tuesday, Mar. 15, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. DSLCC is partnering with the Chamber of Commerce serving Lexington, Buena Vista and Rockbridge County and the VHC, located at 487 Maury River Road, Lexington.
