Lewisburg-based trial attorney Jeffrey S. Rodgers has announced his candidacy for Circuit Court Judge – District 11 (Division 2). With 24 years of legal experience, Rodgers has dedicated his career to serving the families, courts and communities of Greenbrier, Pocahontas and surrounding counties.
Jeff Rodgers is a 1989 graduate of West Virginia University where he earned Baccalaureate Degrees in Political Science and History. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate at West Virginia University College of Law in 1992. He returned home to Lewisburg to work with the law firm of Haynes, Ford & Rowe for three years before becoming an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. Rodgers established his private practice in 1997, providing personalized representation on matters of civil litigation, criminal law, and family law.
A 1984 graduate of Greenbrier East High School, Rodgers is an Eagle Scout (Troop 70 – Lewisburg), past member of the Carnegie Hall Board of Directors and West Virginia Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar.
Rodgers resides in Lewisburg with his wife of 25 years, Christy Clemons-Rodgers, and their 11 year-old daughter Lauren. He is the son of John and Kaye Rodgers of Lewisburg.
