The Williamsburg Thrift Shop, located in the old school, is adding an additional day to be open this month for patrons to benefit from the month long $1 bag sale.
In addition to the regular Friday, 5 to 7 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. hours, the shop will be open on Mondays, Oct. 19 and 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Four rooms and a large hallway are full of clothes for babies to adults, men, and women, books, housewares and toys. The last day for the season will be Oct. 31 and then the store will reopen in the spring. No donations will be accepted after Oct. 31. Andrew Chapel United Methodist Church operates the thrift shop with volunteers.
