“The Fight Ain’t Over, so the party don’t stop!”
Greenbrier Valley Fitness hosted a Party in Pink Zumbathon Charity Event benefiting the Susan G. Komen organization, on Saturday, Oct. 3, at the North Gym in Lewisburg.
A total of $835 was raised and donated to the Susan G. Komen organization. Door prizes and snacks were provided during the four-hour Zumbathon. A total of 38 women supported the event wearing pink and participating in the Zumba exercise.
Special thanks are expressed to the following local business that provided food and/or door-prizes: Massaging Kneads, Walmart, Kroger, Dickeys BBQ, Vicky Neel – Gold Canyon, Jim’s Drive-In, Cato, Lewisburg Cinema 8, Sweet Frog, Wolf Creek Gallery, Food & Friends, Irish Pub, Cartier Raine-(Rochelle), Greenbrier Valley Fitness, B Sweet Confectionery, Linda Shires, and Brittany Bradley.
The Zumba instructors who provided dance and exercise instruction were Brittany Bradley, Kallie Cochran, Sarah Cline and Valeria Ozorio.
