Caldwell-Charles Wayne Lephew, 60, passed away Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015, at Memorial Division CAMC in Charleston.
Born Aug. 18, 1955, at Union, he was a son of the late Elby and Louella Bostic Lephew.
Charles was a self-employed carpenter and a US Army Veteran.
He is survived by: his wife, Sandy Hoke Lephew; daughters, Christina Guy of Narrows, VA and Jennifer Long of White Sulphur Springs; two sons, Richard Heath Lephew of Lindside and Garrett Wayne Lephew of Ohio; grandchildren, Chloe Dauwel, Kylie Dauwel and Avery Lephew; also surviving are several brothers and sisters.
Funeral service was held Sunday, Sept. 6, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte, where Bob Phillips and Tim Shively officiated. Burial followed in Adwell Cemetery at Ronceverte.
Visitation was Saturday evening, Sept. 5, at the funeral home.
