Ronceverte-Chad Marshall Fox, 21, passed away Friday, Aug. 14, 2015, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
He was born Apr. 26, 1994, in Fairlea, a son of Charles Marshall and Dreama June Ridgeway Fox.
Chad was a dishwasher for Hill and Hollar.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marshall and Inez Fox and June and Gerald Elmore.
In addition to his parents he is survived by two sisters, Renee Fox of Glen Burnie, MD and Megan Fox of Severn, MD; girlfriend, Tanya Richardson; aunts and uncles, Donna Carter (Pee Wee), Rosie Wilmer (Dwain), Mary Spence (Tim), Sue Ridgeway (companion Lynn Blankenship) and James Ridgeway (companion Sharon Shaver); and two nieces and five nephews.
His funeral service was held Tuesday, Aug. 18, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte, where Rev. Freddie Bostic officiated. Interment followed in James Memorial Chapel Cemetery near Ronceverte.
Visitation was one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Tuesday.
