On behalf of the Lewisburg Rotary Club Foundation, the Lewisburg Rotary Club presents its annual “Evening of March Madness”; a benefit for the scholarship fund, which provides scholarships each year for students graduating from Greenbrier East High School. The event, which is open to the public, will be held on Saturday, Mar. 21 beginning at 6 p.m. at the WVSOM Alumni Center in Lewisburg.
The evening will be full of activities including both live and silent auctions with Steve Hunter as auctioneer, NCAA basketball tournament game viewing, a corn-hole tournament, and much more. Items continue to arrive for both the silent and live auctions, including a Coach Bob Huggins autographed basketball, a drone fly-over of a personal property with pictures and framing, and private dinners. The variety of auction items include goodie baskets, art, event tickets, travel packages, tours and tastings, and much more.
Guests are invited to wear their favorite game day attire (including your alma mater’s colors) while enjoying a tailgate style dinner, catered by B Sweet Confectionary. Various beverages are included with the ticket price and a cash bar will be available for additional drinks. “Evening of March Madness” Championship Sponsors include Foxfire Realty, Servicemaster, John and Mary Barnes, Tom Greenstreet and Bill Dyer, First National Bank, ReMax Vision Quest, Greenbrier Physicians Clinic, Family Farm Insurance. Final Four Sponsors are City National Bank, Blake & Boone Accounting, Coldwell Banker, and Dogwood Realty. The Lewisburg Rotary Club would also like to thank the event’s Elite and Fan Sponsors, as well as the In-Kind Donors.
Event tickets and Sponsorships are available. Tickets may be purchased through any Lewisburg Rotary Club member and at ReMax Vision Quest on East Washington Street in Lewisburg. For additional information, please contact Courtney Jesser at courtneyjesser@gmail.com.
