Wayne Spangler, 88, of Ronceverte passed away Friday, May 1, 2026 at Charleston Area Medical Center General Division.
Wayne was born Aug. 20, 1937 at Diamond, WV to the late Valley and Vada White Spangler
Wayne was retired from ABB and was a US Army Veteran. He had a passion for the outdoors, fishing and enjoying the Greenbrier River with his wife, Janet.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Norma Fay Rotz and Virginia “Ginny” Jarrett and brothers, Raymond and Keith Spangler.
Surviving are his wife, Janet Louise Terry Spangler; sons, David Wayne Spangler and wife Vicky of San Antonio, TX and Burt Douglas Spangler of Roanoke, VA.
