Mountaineer Horseshoe League
Recruiting members for 2026
The Mountaineer Horseshoe League in Ronceverte is recruiting adult male and female pitchers, youth boys and girls for Cadet Division (under 13 years old), and young men and women for a Junior Division (13-18 years old). Pitching will begin on May 12 at 6 p.m. at the horseshoe courts on Island Park. The last day to sign up is May 5. For more information contact Al-len Withrow at 304-667-1374 or puwithrow@gmail. com. Master Gardeners Plant Sale
The Greenbrier Valley Master Gardeners will hold a plant sale on Saturday, May 9, from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. They will have annuals, perennials, shrubs, and vegetables for sale. This event will be set up at the WV State Fairgrounds, straight ahead as you go through tunnel.
