The Ronceverte Development Corporation hosts Ladies Night Out Bingo on Saturday night, June 27, at 6 p.m. for an evening of fun, laughter and prizes at the Clifford Community Center downtown Ronceverte.
$1,000 in prizes have been donated from area vendors in the form of $50 gift baskets from 20 organizations such as Premiere Jewelry; Thirty One; Pink Zebra; Miche Purses; Tupperware; Avon; ACE Natural; Scentsy; Damsel in Destress; Clever Container; Paparazzi; Jewel Kade; Celebrating Home; Beauty Control; Pampered Chef; Mary Kay; Origami Owl; Arbonne; Tastefully Simple, and more! To make the evening even better, light refreshments will be served at no additional charge. The money raised will go directly towards the Main Street program in Ronceverte which will help revitalize our downtown area and provide funding for future events for the community.
Brenda H. Wilson, executive director of Main Street Ronceverte, a National Historic Trust Preservation program under the direction of the Ronceverte Development Corporation, says “This will be our first annual Ladies Night out Bingo event in Ronceverte. Volunteers on the Promotions Committee came up with idea as a way to bring Ladies together in a social environment while supporting our many independent sales industry.” Advance tickets can be purchased at the Ronceverte Main Street office at 307 Frankford Road; the Edgarton Cafe, 216 W. Edgar Avenue; Lewisburg Office Equipment Inc., 267 Dawkins Drive and Rudy’s Corner Grill, 201 W. Main Street. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door.
