Mondays: 4:15 p.m. Yoga Basics Hatha Yoga Basics – Breath Meditation Postures Affirmations; 5:30 p.m. Restorative Yoga Assisted postures and guidance for individual Yoga Healing

Tuesdays: 10:30 a.m. Gentle Yoga – Relax and unwind with this very accessible, feel-good practice; 11:40 a.m. Pilates – Core and Strength Training Introduction to PILATES, Free Weights; 5:30 p.m. Flow Yoga with Yarrow* Energize with a vigorous Hatha practice!

Wednesdays: “Grace Talks” 5-6:30 p.m. – Various educators, healers and interesting people present in a casual, relaxed setting with spirits and noshes. Begins February with “You Are What You Eat” exploring diet and nutritional lifestyle choices with Diana Hunt.

Thursdays: 10:30 a.m. Flow Yoga; 11:40 a.m. Restorative Yoga; 4:15 p.m. Yoga Basics; 5:30 p.m. Flow Yoga

Fridays: 10:30 a.m. Gentle Yoga with Yarrow

Saturdays: 11 a.m. Free Introduction to Yoga; 11:30 a.m. Pilates, Core and Strength Training.
